All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Use of the Service

Payment terms:

All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (Razorpay)
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SayItBetter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any text you submit to the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to process and transform your text to provide the Service.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Service. We do not permanently store your text submissions. Text is processed in real-time and is not retained after processing.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SayItBetter, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until then.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SayItBetter operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement
